By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our tree service offerings.

Services Description

PatriotHill Calexico Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related tree care work. All services are provided by trained professionals using appropriate equipment and safety measures. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that conditions are unsafe or if the requested work violates local regulations.

Service estimates are based on visual inspection and our professional assessment. Additional costs may apply if hidden conditions are discovered during work, such as internal decay, underground utilities, or other unforeseen complications. We will inform you of any such conditions before proceeding with additional work.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free written estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if work is not completed within this timeframe. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If you cancel scheduled services with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers our costs for scheduling, equipment preparation, and lost work opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and trees. This includes disclosing any known issues with trees, property boundaries, underground utilities, or other relevant conditions. You must also ensure that we have clear access to work areas and that pets and people are kept at a safe distance during operations.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or property owner permissions before we begin work. While we can assist with permit information, the ultimate responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with you as the property owner or authorized representative.

Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our insurance protects you from liability for injuries to our workers or damage caused by our operations. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by your negligence, or damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked before we began work.

We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, some minor lawn damage from equipment is unavoidable in tree service work. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize such damage and will discuss potential impacts with you before starting work.

Warranty and Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about the quality of our work. However, we cannot guarantee the future health or survival of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages arising from our services or any failure to perform services.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises concerning our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
